Sandra Gale Stewart was 68 years old, she was born to F. Norman and Leola Starr on February 4, 1949 in Orange, TX. Sandra was the youngest of three siblings, her sister Louise Hurlbut and brother J.L. Wallace were a big part of her childhood. Sandra was a resident of Cypress, TX for 40 years. Sandra spent many years as a stay at home mom, and eventually became a paralegal.
She was an artist with a salt water soul. She found peace at the beach and in her garden. Sandy’s selflessness and kindness were recognized by family, friends and strangers thoughout her life. She was an excellent cook and her desserts “Never had a calorie in them”.
She is survived by her loving husband of 27 years, who supported and cared for her until the very end, Milton Stewart; daughters, Carmen Barwick and Trena Tilotta; granddaughters, Rebecca and Brooke Bowie; In-laws, CW and Gina Preslar, Richard and MaryAnne Whitehead and many beloved family members and dear friends.
Following the service a reception will be held at 230 Wedgewood Court. Spring, TX 77386. Everyone welcome!
