Samuel Sahagun Sr.

Samuel Sahagun, Sr., 81, was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He passed away on July 09, 2013 with his family and friends by his side in Houston, TX. He was born February 22, 1932 in El Chante, Jalisco, MX to Clemente Sahagun Cruz and Maria Paredes Zepeda. He was the youngest son of twelve children.

His favorite pastimes included fishing, gardening, hunting and he also loved to cook for family and friends.

Mr. Sahagun is survived by his wife Hilda Sahagun and his children, Samuel Sahagun, Arcelia Sahagun, Samuel Sahagun Jr., Maria Elena Gaeta, Estrella Ricardo. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Izahi Sahagun, Misael , Owen, Carlos Sahagun, Lily Sahagun, Maxx Sahagun, Pricilla Grace Sahagun, Gabriel Samuel Sahagun, Maritza Marie Gaeta, Joseph Anthony Gaeta, Isabella Mia Ricardo and his great grandchild Jason Samuel Sahagun and his siblings Rebecca Sahagun, Maria Ester Perez, Roberto Sahagun, Raquel Montalvo.

Samuel is preceded in death by his parents, Clemente and Maria; seven siblings, Ramon, Rafael, Rodolfo, Arturo, Ruben, Antonio, Carlos and daughter, Blanca Sahagun.
