Sam J. Grizzaffi passed away December 28, 2019. He was born in Bryan, Texas on July 11, 1935 and married to Eddye L. Grizzaffi for 65 years. Sam was a barber for over 45 years and owner of the Braeswood Barber Shop on Holcombe Boulevard, Houston, Tx. He was a lifetime member of the Knights of Columbus #803 of Co-Cathedral of the Sacred Heart. Sam had a passion for fishing, dove hunting and ball games. With his outgoing personality, great smile and infectious laugh he made friends easily and enjoyed going dancing with his wife Eddye.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Rosie W. Grizzaffi and Peter Grizzaffi, brothers; John L. Grizzaffi and Anthony J. Grizzaffi and son Sam J. Grizzaffi, Jr.
He is survived by his wife, Eddye L. Grizzaffi, son, Michael J. Grizzaffi, daughter Vivian M. Henry, sister, Phyllis Patranella, grandchildren James Samuel Grizzaffi and Patrick James Grizzaffi, four great-grandchildren and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
