He is proceeded in death by his parents, Sam R. and Kathleen Culotta.

He is survived by his wife Linda; two daughters, Marilyn Russell and husband Terry, Carolyn Bradford and husband Joseph; son James A. Culotta; three Grandchildren, Shane Russell and wife Lisa, Danielle Frizzelle and husband Taylor, Desiree Rusch and husband Jason; seven Great-Grandchildren, Courtney and Brittney Russell, Tyler Rusch, Taylor Eureste and husband Xavier, Vivian, Grayson & Sadie Frizzelle, and Great-Great Granddaughter Parklynn Eureste.

Sam Anthony Culotta was the owner of several small businesses in Houston, Texas.

All services will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at Brookside Memorial Park, Chapel of Chimes, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039.

Visitation from 12:00-1:00pm, Funeral Service 1:00-2:00pm and Committal Service 2:00-2:30pm.
