He leaves behind his daughter, Kristen Miller, brother, Richard Miller, and step-daughter, Nyerie Schneider.
Roy was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, the son of Harriet and Roy Francis Miller, Sr.
In his earlier years, he served in the Navy, attended both Yale and Harvard universities, had an active role in Greek life fraternity, then later became an entrepreneur opening and operating multiple businesses.
Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from twelve o’clock until two o’clock in the afternoon on Saturday, the 27th of January, in the library and grand foyer of Geo. H. Lewis & Sons, 1010 Bering Drive in Houston.
A memorial service is to immediately follow the visitation at two o’clock in the afternoon in the Jasek Chapel of Geo. H. Lewis & Sons. Immediately following, all are invited to greet the family during a reception in the adjacent grand foyer.
