Rosita Henriquez

Rosita “Rosie” Henriquez was 39 years old. She passed away on May 19th, 2022 at Katy’s Memorial Herman Hospital. She came into this world on February 27th 1983, in Los Angeles, California. She is the youngest daughter of Efren G. Magana and Victoria Henriquez.

She was a High School graduate. Rosie was a loving homemaker and dedicated mother to her three children. She worked as an administrative assistant at AH CPA PLLC in Houston for the past four years.

She enjoyed bonding time with her family cuddling up on the couch watching movies, spending time shopping, and doing make-up. Rosie was a strong woman that always put her family first, She was hard working and tenacious in all that she did, both in her personal and professional life. Rosie was always warm, compassionate, kindhearted, and loving, always willing to help no matter the situation. Rosita had an amazing ability to reach you where you were emotionally and tell you what you needed to hear to get through any situation. She will be sorely missed by all of those she touched.

Rosie is survived by her loving husband and companion of almost 25 years, Freddy Garcia. Their union brough forth two wonderful sons, Freddy G. Garcia and Even Garcia both of Los Angeles and one beautiful daughter Eva V. Garcia also of Los Angeles. One younger brother; Luis Henriquez of Los Angeles and one older sister Karla B. Henriquez of El Salvador; all now living in Katy Texas. One niece and two nephews and a host of other family members and friends.

Funeral services for Rosita “Rosie” Henriquez will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 25th at Chapel of Eternal Peace Funeral Home, 2454 S. Dairy Ashford, Houston, Tx 77077. Pastor Juan Rodriguez will be officiating. Interment will take place at 3:00 p.m. at the address mentioned above. The private family viewing will begin at 10:00 a.m. while the public viewing will be at 12:00 p.m.
