Grandma Rosie I know you are not in pain any longer. It pains my heart greatly to know I cannot be there for my mom, and for that I am truely sorry but I know if anyone understands it's you , the last words I can rember you saying to me" what ever you do dont drink" have been echoing in my head for a few days louder than before so I know you are up there and here with my Tia watching ,protecting us. I only wish I can be as strong as you and stay off the drink for the rest of my days. You always showed me the good in all situations, and that God never punished me it was me doing it to myself and that all I need to do is make it thru today and let the Lord worry about tomorrow. Give my Tia a hug for me tell her we love her and I pray for both of you on my rosary.I still struggle everyday with the drink but today just for today I will make it and do my best for my family and my momma, we might not have the things we used too but we got eachother and thanks to you grandma Rosie I can open the fridge and pantry and sometime the kids and Teresa see nothing but I know how to make a good filling meal out "nothing" that is the hardest lesson to learn that with hard work and Faith any thing is possible in Jesus's name! I LOVE YOU see you later.

I will always remember growing up in Redwood with Grandma my mom uncle Hondo and aunt yaya and my cousins there was never a day we went by without food she always made  sure that we had something to eat and always took care of us she was a strong woman always had a smile on her face always in a good mood and always concerned about all of her grandchildren I love you Grandma I'll always miss you now you and my mom can dance and sing in the heavens

I remember running out of the apartment in 
Redwood with all of cousins so we wouldn't get hit, once her teeth hit her knuckle that was it! Poor grandma, with all of us there we would get on her nerves alot. Uncle Hondo wouldn't help the situation either by picking on us, these are memories that I will always have with me. To put up with all of us took a special person and that was her, I will sincerely miss you grandma!

I remember when you lived at Smallwood & ironed my towel so it would be warm when I got out of the shower.  I have so many great memories of you and I know my cousins do, too. I will always remember your laugh, your smile, the kindness in your heart, the love you had for your family and I hope to be as kind & loving as you. I love you Grandma Rosie

Mom loved every one of her children and all grandchildren and great grandchildren and great great grandchildren ! Mom had been the Mother to me that I needed in different times in my life . She always new who needed  her love at a time  of need. God bless her.
