Roseann graduated from Lamar High School in Houston and attended the University of Texas in Austin. She worked as a real estate agent with Karen Barnett & Co. for several years, and then went on to become a decorator having her own company, Interiors by Roseann. However, Roseann's main endeavor was her family and friends. She loved giving parties and was an incredible hostess and a fabulous cook. Everyone had fun with "Rosie" as many called her.
She had a fiery personality and you always knew exactly what she thought! We will all miss her greatly.
Roseann is preceded in death by her loving parents, Joe and Ann Trapolino. She is survived by her devoted husband, Rob Johnson; her daughter, Shanna Linbeck and her husband Andrew, and her 2 sons: Trey Shields and Robby Johnson. Roseann had five grandchildren who brought her much joy; Savanna, Miranda and Danielle Linbeck, and Charles and Nicholas Shields. She is also survived by her brother, Joe Trapolino and his wife Patti; and her sister, Sandra Ballases and her husband Mike; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like to offer special thanks to Carrie Woodard who cared for Roseann these last two years.
Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from five o’clock this afternoon until seven o’clock this evening, Friday, the 21st of June, in the Jasek Chapel of Geo. H. Lewis & Sons, 1010 Bering Drive in Houston, where a recitation of the Holy Rosary is to commence at seven o’clock.
A Mass of Christian Burial is to be offered at ten o’clock in the morning on Saturday, the 22nd of June, at St. Michael Catholic Church, 1801 Sage Road in Houston, where the Rev. Msgr. Frank H. Rossi, Pastor, is to celebrate. Honored to serve as casket bearers during the services are Fred Armstrong, Michael Ballases, Adam Beebe, Ryan Francis, Berdon Lawrence and Pepe Schwartz.
Following the service, the family is to gather for a private Rite of Committal at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery in Houston.
