dearly loved and will be missed by many.
Born in Palestine, Texas on September 9, 1939, she was the daughter of Robert and Lady Belle
Lively. She was employed by and retired from Cypress Fairbanks I.S.D.
Family was the center of her world and she was reigning 5 generations at the time of her death.
Rose enjoyed sewing and crocheting, as she created all types of handmade treasures for her
family and friends. She enjoyed cooking, baking, collecting, and displaying her various
“what-nots” as she loved to call them.
She will be remembered first and foremost for her ever cheerful and friendly demeanor with all
she encountered. She did not meet a stranger and extended all who crossed her path warmth
and a big smile.
She is survived by her two daughters Terri DeMontrond and Gloria Mifflin, son-in-law Harry
Mifflin, grandchildren Thomas Miller and his wife Karen, Michael Mifflin and his wife Kelly,
Rebecca Mifflin, great grandchildren Brianna Smith, Cole Andrew (Peanut) Schatte, and Lane
Mifflin, great-great grandchildren Misty Grace Morales and Adrian Lea Medellin. Her surviving
siblings are Robert D. Lively, Lavenda Macias, and Larry V. Lively.

She is also survived by dear friend Buren L. Hill, who was her companion for her last 8 years.
