Rosa entered into eternal rest on May 19, 2016, where she is preceded in death by her husband, Manuel Rivera, brother, Juan Arredondo, and sister, Enriqueta Arredondo. She is survived by her sister Beatriz Arredondo. Three children, Manuel Rivera, Margarita Rivera, and Martin Rivera. Daughter in law, Angelica Rivera. Five grandchildren, Ulysses Soto, Adrian Rivera, DiLorenz Soto, Annabelle Rivera, and Celeste Benitez.
Flowers may be sent to Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, 6900 Lawndale St, Houston, TX 77023, on Sunday (5/22/2016) preceding services.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 22nd, at 2pm, with a rosary at 3pm and visitation ending at 5pm, at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home.
Funeral Mass will begin on Monday, May 23rd, at 10am, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 7250 Harrisburg, Houston, Texas 77011.
Burial will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
