She was born August 30, 1931 to Natalia Alaniz and Jose Perez, in Rancho El Gomeno, Tamaulipas. She enjoyed gardening, visiting her relatives in Mexico, and her weekend retail resales, where she met many new friends. She also enjoyed family gatherings, shopping and was involved in trading her Novelas with friends.
She came to the United States as a Nanny and a Housekeeper. Soon after she became a loving Mother, Housewife, Grandmother and a dear friend to many. She and her husband were able to strive for a better lifestyle with hard work and dedication. Occasionally on weekends they enjoyed their fishing trips to Galveston and Freeport Texas. They traveled to Las Vegas, Guadalajara Mexico and visited Louisiana.
Those who have preceded her death include her husband, Thomas L. Davila, and 2 sisters, Dora Gonzales and Hortencia Benavides.
She is survived by her daughter, Rosa Davila, granddaughter Andreya O. Davila, her brother Guadalupe Perez, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
