Ronald Doyle Thomas

He was born to the late Herbert and Mildred Thomas on November 11, 1946 in Houston,TX. He proudly served our country in the United States Army and was a Vietnam Veteran. Ron worked in the grocery industry for over 30 years.

Ron loved bowling, golf, traveling and his beloved dog "Buttercup". Above all else, Ron loved his family. Ron is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Wanda. Together they had two sons James (Stephanie) and Robert (Jennifer), eight grandchildren Kaitlyn, Emily, Morgan, Michael, Jacob, John, Mason and Gavin and one great grandchild Sophia.Ron is also survived by is brother Sam (Cyndi) and several nieces and nephews all of whom he loved very much. Ron is preceded in death by his parents and two sisters Nadine and Doylene.

The family wishes to extend an invitation to a Celebration of Ron's Life on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at 10am to be held at West Bay Assembly of God located at 3607 FM 646 Rd East, Dickinson, TX 77539.
