Romeo is survived by his wife Eva Ybarra; four children, Angela Ybarra, Josephine Cano and husband Mark, Romeo Ybarra Jr., and Leslie Ybarra; Seven brothers and sisters, Ramiro Ybarra, Ronnie Ybarra, Rudy Ybarra and wife Leticia, Yvonne Ybarra, Yvette Galvan and husband Mike, Sarah Ybarra, Sylvia Ybarra; He also leaves to cherish his memory seven grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ramiro and Josephine Ybarra, and siblings, Richard Ybarra, Barbara Ramirez, and Robert Ybarra.
Romeo worked as a general contractor for Millennium Contractors for several years. He enjoyed the outdoors, specifically being on the ranch and fishing, as well as spending time with his family, children, and grandchildren.
