Roman graduated from Magnolia West High School and received his Globe and Anchor from the United States Marine Corps.
Roman was training to work in Cyber Security for the Marine Corps. He also volunteered at the local Dog Shelter, and had a passion for family, adventure, food, and animals.
He is survived by Parents, Crystal and Larry Montano; Brother, Jacob Montano, and Best Friend, Gabriel Moreira de Castro.
A visitation for Roman will be held Monday, June 26, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at American Heritage Funeral Home, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038. A funeral service will occur Monday, June 26, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038. A committal service will occur Monday, June 26, 2023 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038. A reception will occur Monday, June 26, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038.
