Rodolfo Abelardo Salinas

Rodolfo is survived by his spouse, Stella G. Salinas; his children, Christopher Michael Salinas (Aubrey), and his bonus son Peter Pham; 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren; sister Linda Salinas De Leon (Rick).

Rodolfo was preceded in death by his mother Paula and his father Mauro Salinas, his siblings Armando Salinas, Vicente Oscar Salinas, Leonel Erasmo Salinas, Domingo Salinas, Ernesto Salinas, daughter Sonya Lynn Pletz.

Rodolfo was an incredibly loving, fun, and caring man. He dedicated himself to being a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather, always putting his family first. His face would light up whenever he spent time with them, cherishing every moment. He lived life to the fullest, finding joy in simple pleasures and making the most of every day. Rodolfo had a passion for fishing, hunting, and golf, and he found great satisfaction in exploring new destinations through travel. He had a contagious laugh, especially when sharing stories around the campfire during hunting trips or at the ranch. His favorite song, "I Cross My Heart" by George Strait, held a special place in his heart, and his favorite color brown, always brought him a sense of comfort and warmth.

A visitation for Rodolfo (Rudy) will be held Wednesday, June 5, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel, 5100 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77022, followed by a memorial service from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

An Inurnment service to be determined at a later date.
