Robin grew up in Hunters Creek, a suburb of Houston. She graduated with honors from Memorial High School in 1976. Robin attended Texas A&M University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science in 1979, and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 1984.
She practiced medicine in Texas, Florida, California, Wyoming, and several other states as well as Canada.
Robin is survived by her husband Kenny Flowers of Navasota, Texas and stepdaughter Ceresia Flowers of Pinedale, Wyoming. Her mother Mary Parker of Cypress, Texas and brother Chris Parker also of Cypress. Her sister-in-law Lee Parker of Rockport, Texas. Niece Nicole Parker and grand nephew Isaiah Denissen of Houston, Texas. Niece Lindsey Parker Melcher with husband Travis Melcher and grand niece Marylee of Seabrook, Texas. Nephew R. H. "Skip" Parker, IV with grand niece Faith Gaines and grand nephew R. H. "Tristan" Parker, V of Colorado Springs, Colorado. And nephew Daniel Parker with wife Viviana Parker plus their expected addition, of San Antonio, Texas.
Robin is predeceased by her father R. H. "Bob" Parker, Jr. and brother R. H. "Tripp" Parker, III.
Among Robin's treasured survivors are numerous other family and friends, as well as a vast legacy of God's creatures crawling, walking, running and flying.
