Robert Rosas, 74, passed away in Houston, Texas on March 20, 2016. He was born in Houston, Texas on April 9, 1941 to Jessie and Guadalupe Salazar Rosas. He is survived by his wife of 51 years of marriage, Irene Martinez Rosas; his children, Dora Rosas, Athena Rosas-Reyes and Robert Rosas, Jr; grandchildren Paul, Robert Lewis, Joseph, Casandra, Christina and David; great-grandchildren, Jeremiah, Aiden, Abagail, Isiah and Carlos; brother, Jessie; sisters Mary, Rosita, Anselma and numerous family and friends. Robert worked at Nabisco for 30 years and he had a passion for fishing. A visitation will be held at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, in the Grand Chapel, on Thursday, March 24, 2016 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Rosary that will be recited at 7:00 PM. A funeral Service will take place at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, in the Grand Chapel, on Friday, March 25, 2016 at 2:00 PM with an interment immediately following the Funeral Service at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
