Robert Lynn Powell, 89, passed away Saturday, July 20, 2013. Mr. Powell served in the Navy during World War II. He is preceded in death by his first wife Ethel C. Powell and Step-son David Sullivan. He is survived by his wife Needra S. Powell, step-son, Kenneth Sullivan and his wife Alesia, 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Funeral service is scheduled for Thursday, July 25, 2013, 11am at Houston National Cemetery Chapel. Interment Houston National Cemetery.
