Robert S. Montoya

Robert Segundo Montoya, 65, of Houston, Texas passed away on September 3, 2015. Robert was a proud patriot and enjoyed celebrating the freedom that he fought to preserve. He also enjoyed fishing and restoring cars but dedicated his life to his precious family. Robert is preceded in death by his mother, Julia S Montoya, father, David L Montoya and my step mother Aurora Montoya, son in law Eric Cagle. Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 41 years, Maria; his children Angelic and her husband Michael Calderon, Felicia Cagle and Robert Montoya; and his grandchildren Ruben, Dominic, Molly, Dexter and Dash. Also left behind are his siblings Olivia Wahling, Daniel Montoya, David Montoya, Cecilia Ramirez, Dora Clutter, Ofelia Kelly, Betty Montoya, Joel Montoya and Julie Rios as well as countless other family members and friends. Visitation will be held at Forest Park Lawndale on Thursday, September 10, 2015 from 5-9 PM and a funeral service will take place at 11 AM on Friday, September 11, 2015 both at Forest Park Lawndale. Interment will take place at Houston National Cemetery.
