Robert's mother and I were cousins but in time and distance we lost our connection.  One day out of the blue Tracie messaged me on Facebook and that enabled me to pass along hello's and best wished to Julieann (Judy), Tracie's mother, before her passing.  It was at her burial I got to meet Tracie, Robert, and families and got to talk to Buddy after decades of disconnect.  It was a sad day but rewarding to meet and connect with family again.  From that time on we stayed connected (Facebook) enjoying each others company, likes and dislikes.  I always enjoyed Roberts humor.  I remember one day we were talking about Military Service and he told me he had gotten the Purple Heart.  I asked him if he got shot he said no, and with his humor, He said I got blown up!  Which was true but that's another story.  I know he loved his family, country and God.  He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.  Deepest condolences to Pam and children.  Love to Tracie who look so much like her mother!  
  

Robert was my big brother, my first friend, my teammate in the trenches of childhood. There are no words for how much I will forever miss him. Gone too soon, I wasn't ready. 😔

You Tracyie and I were all Classmates at Pasadena High School. You will always be my friend. May the Angels Hold you in their arms.

Sorry to hear of Robert's passing.  He was a loving father and husband. Best bud's with Jack. We enjoyed seeing them two together at different functions.  Always, always nice to us and his whole family friendly. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Dear Family, 
I was deeply saddened to hear the news of Robert's passing.  Robert was a friend and co-worker who I was fortunate to work with for many years.   He truly had a heart of gold and it was clear to everyone who knew him that he loved his family more than anything in the world.  I know he will be missed terribly and I want you all to know that we are all here for you - for anything you may need.   This is one of my favorite photos from the last Trash Bash event that we were able to have in person.  What an amazing family.

Dear Family,  I am so sorry for your loss and want you to know that we are here to help with anything you need.  Robert always had time to chat or tell a funny story.  When I would leave a little late after 5pm, I would call out good night in case anyone was still here and he would respond, "no one is here." It always made me laugh.  We will always have those kinds of memories in our heart.
