Robert Wiley Clowers, beloved husband, father, pops, brother, uncle and friend went to be with his Lord and Savior on April 4, 2018 after a hard-fought battle with Parkinson’s, Non-Hodgkin’s & Mantle Cell Lymphoma. He was born to Early & Glady Clowers on November 6, 1956. Robert was preceeded in death by his parents and his father and mother-in-law Jack & Ava Jordan who loved him as their own.
Robert was married on June 16, 1979 and is survived by the love of his life and wife of 39 years Jena Clowers, daughter Robin Donnelly and her husband Ben, son Jacob Clowers and his wife Amy, bonus daughter Kerri Pfeifer and her husband Michael. Grandchildren Cohen and Arden Donnelly and Madyson and Lane Clowers, and Kayden Pfeifer. He is also survived by his brother Monroe Clowers and his wife Betty and brother-in-law Ralph Jordan and his wife Jeanie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and greats.
Robert retired from Lyondell Bassell – Bayport after 29 years. Anyone who knew him, knew that he loved his wife, kids and grandbabies. His favorite pastimes were watching TV, especially a good western, deer hunting, naps, good food and visiting with friends.
