Robert Eugene Clendening, Jr. went to be with his Lord on June 22, 2017. He was born November 7, 1954 in Houston, Texas. Robert is preceded in death by his parents Lula Irene and Robert Eugene Clendening, Sr.
Robert was employed by Baker Hugh for 13 years, where he was a Master Machinist. He loved fishing--when he retired he said, " I want to fish and fish some more." Classic cars and motorcycles were his other passions.
Left to cherish his memories are wife Patricia Clendening; 3 children: Crystal Bodden and wife Ginger, Kandie Coe, Kimberly Barton; eight grandchildren: Savanna Barton, Angelo Servantez, Jr., Robert Coe, Michael Suresh, Kelly Carranza, Michelle Perez, Stephan Wilson, Mathew Wilson; two great-grandchildren: Zully and Ariana.
The family will receive friends for visitation Friday, June 30, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.; and a funeral service Saturday, July 1, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. in the Grand Chapel at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039. A reception will follow the funeral service.
