Robert Brandon Benavides Jr.

Robert is preceded in death by his grandfather Elias Ortega. He is survived by his father Robert Benavides, his mother Rosario Benavides, his sister Brianna, his brother Christopher, his girlfriend Sierra Melder, and his beloved dog Jojo.

Robert enjoyed spending time with friends and family, spending time outside, dancing with or without people, meeting new people, and spending time in nature with his dog. He had a passion for football in his younger years and was explosive and unstoppable on the field. He also loved to eat. Robert was always ready to try anything new.

He was best known for his infectious smile and ability to light up a room. His drive and ambitions were inspiring. He loved to make people laugh and have a good time. He was always happy and was remarkably positive. Robert was always trying to help anyone out who needed it. He loved himself, but the love that he had for his friends and family was nothing short of passionate and beautiful. Robert truly was one of a kind; his spirit, soul, and determination made an impact on countless individuals.

To know him was an experience and a blessing.

A visitation for Robert will be held Friday, December 22, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home - Champions, 3410 Cypress Creek Parkway, Houston, TX 77068.
