Robert A. Archambault, age 88, passed away Thursday, June 25, 2015. Born in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, he was a founding member of St. James the Apostle Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by his wife of 42 years, Helga Archambault; parents, Gideon and Lillian Archambault; brother, Henry Archambault; and grandson, Sebastian Chavez. Survived by children, Karen Reimer and partner Becky Jones, Helga Sorenson and husband Kim, Linda Lowe and husband Ron, David Archambault, Kenneth Archambault and wife Ellen, Janice Archambault, and Joann Archambault; grandchildren, Adam Reimer, Dylan Reimer, Blake Reimer, Kara Steely and husband Robert, Anthony Sorenson, Zachary Sorenson, Christopher Kohler, Dalton Lowe, Branden Lowe, Michael Archambault and wife Danielle, Christopher Archambault and wife Caroline, Kerri Chavez, Jenni Guinan and husband Gavin, Laura Peterson, and Justin Hessler; 11 great grandchildren; sisters, Marion Richer and husband Herve and Lorraine Lemoine; sister-in-law, Renate Mueller; brother-in-law, Robert Schoonover; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, June 29, 2015 at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home. The Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at St. James the Apostle Catholic Church, 22800 Aldine Westfield Rd., Spring, Texas 77373, with a Rosary to be recited at 9:30 a.m. Rite of Committal will be 11:45 a.m., at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery, 13102 North Freeway, Houston, Texas 77060. Pallbearers will be Adam Reimer, Blake Reimer, Anthony Sorenson, Zachery Sorenson, Christopher Kohler, and Dalton Lowe. Honorary Pallbearers: Branden Lowe, Dylan Reimer, and Kara Steely.
