My dad's journey commenced in Vietnam, where he was a respected educator. He embodied mentorship, guidance, and friendship to countless students and colleagues. During the fall of Saigon, his courage helped lead our family to freedom in 1975. His sacrifices paved the way for us to forge a new path in America, where education became the cornerstone of our family's values.
He was also a Renaissance soul, finding his passion in tennis, playing music, learning different languages, calligraphy, drawing, and writing poetry. He found solace in his pursuit of studying and practicing Buddhism.
