Rey Arthur Trevino, a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps passed away Aug 31, 2024, after a long battle with cancer.
The son of Guadalupe Solis Trevino and Maria De Jesus Chapa was born on Jan 6, 1945, and grew up in Corpus Christi, TX. He attended Roy Miller High School before enlisting into the Marines in 1962. Rey’s interest and dedication to the Marines never went unnoticed.
Rey is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Hermelinda Trevino; sons Rey Arthur Trevino Jr, Abram Trevino; daughter Teresa Dolores Trevino; stepchildren, Alonzo, Juan, and Jessie; and many grandchildren.
A funeral service is scheduled for 10:00am on Sep 20, 2024, at Brookside Funeral Home - Cypress Creek. Inurnment with Military Honors will be 12:30pm at Houston National Cemetery.
