Rev. Ray D. Pinson, born September 25, 1934 passed away September 7, 2013. He is preceded in death by his parents, Lela Pinson Lednicky and Cephus O. Pinson; sister, Betty Gray; brother, Gary Don Pinson. Ray will be greatly missed by his wife of 54 years, Anne Pinson; children, Jeffrey Pinson and wife Robyn, Keith Pinson and wife Cheryl, Denise McCurry; sister, Rojean Booth and husband Truman; grandchildren, Lauren Pinson, Caitlyn Pinson, Rachel Pinson, Aaron Pinson, Jared Pinson, Kyle Pinson, Abbie Pinson and Patrick McCurry. Ray was devoted to God and his family. His pride was his grandchildren. May his legacy live on in their hearts. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at Glad Tidings Assembly of God. Funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 pm Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at Glad Tidings Assembly of God, 5435 Bingle Rd. Houston TX 77092 (713) 462-3555. Interment will follow in Brookside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Missions Program at Glad Tidings Assembly God Church in memory of Rev. Ray Pinson.
