Mr. Ortman was a veteran of World War II. He was preceded in death by his wife Lila in 2017, and his son Dennis in 2021.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 11, in the Oaks Mausoleum at Memorial Oaks Cemetery, 13001 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas 77079.
