Ramiro G Flores

Ramiro was born in Sabinas Hidalgo, Nuevo Leon, Mexico to Antonio Flores and Zoila Gongora. He was raised in Sabinas with his ten siblings. He came over to the US at the age of 18 - following his eldest brother Juan. Ramiro was energetic, charismatic, and hardworking. He had an appreciation for carpentry which he worked in for 50 years. He married Elizabeth Rodriguez in June of 1988 in Houston, TX and started a family the following year.

Ramiro is preceded in death by his parents and two infant siblings. Ramiro is survived by his loving wife, Elizabeth R. Flores; four children: daughter Bianca N. Flores Ybarra and husband Paul Anthony Ybarra Jr., daughter Lizette M. Flores, daughter Victoria L. Flores, and Son Ramiro Flores Jr.; one grandchild: Antonio B. Ybarra. He is also survived by his siblings: Juan Flores, Asuncion Flores, Elida Flores Montemayor, Aurora Flores Garza, Enedelia Flores Gonzalez, Ismael Flores, Roel Flores, Mario Flores, Gilberto Flores, Americo Flores, and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Ramiro will be held Tuesday, March 1, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel, 5100 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77022. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, March 2, 2022 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM, 5100 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77022. A committal service will occur Wednesday, March 2, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 12:20 PM at Brookside Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039.
