Ralph McManus

Ralph Lane McManus Sr. was born June 18, 1943 in Ball, Louisiana off MacRay Drive in Rapides Parish. He moved to Houston Texas in 1973 where he met the love of his life Deanna and married her 7 days later. He loved and raised 4 kids, 13 grandkids, and 2 great grandkids and Oh, what they would give to hear just one more story.

Ralph leaves behind to cherish his memory; children, Christi Lou LaBorde and husband Waylon LaBorde of Magnolia Texas, Crystal Dawn Schmidt and husband Kirk Schmidt of Waller Texas, Ralph Lane McManus Jr. and wife Rebecca McManus of Tomball Texas, Jessie Earl McManus and Amanda Fulton of Plantersville Texas; grandchildren, Ashley Schmidt, Kristin Day, Curtis Schmidt, Harley Schmidt, Grant LaBorde, Tate McManus, Riley Ponder, Logan Johnson, Reagan Johnson, Landon Johnson, Jessica McManus, Gabriel Dalman, Miguel Basquez; great grandchildren, Hayden McManus, Lillian Everett; siblings, Kenneth McManus and wife Patsy of Lake Charles Louisiana, and Verlen Lowe McManus; brother-in-law, Troy D Berry, sister-in-law, Phylis Roberts and Katherine Jenkins and tons of nieces and nephew.

A visitation for Ralph will be held Friday, October 14, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039. A funeral service will occur Saturday, October 15, 2022 at 1:00 PM with a burial to follow at 2:00 PM at Brookside Memorial Park.
