Rafael B. Chavez, born November 2, 1928 , entered into eternal rest on February 10, 2015. He is preceded in death by his wife, Antonia and son, Rafael A.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Belinda, Susan, Regina and Patricia; sister, Delfida; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 5pm-9pm, with a rosary at 7pm, on Friday, February 13, 2015 at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. Funeral service will begin at 1pm, on Saturday, February 14, 2015, in the Chapel of Angels followed by burial at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
