Peter Jason Trevino

It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved father, husband, brother, son, and friend Peter Jason Trevino, who left us peacefully on March 17, 2025, at the age of 46. Peter was born in Del Rio, Texas, on December 9, 1978, and spent his life serving his family, friends, and his community with kindness, integrity, and a heart full of love.

Peter was an active member of The Power of Love Church, where he cherished the teachings of Pastor Sandy & George Garcia and Pastor Jesse & Martha Gallardo. His church family held a special place in his heart, and the guidance he received from these pastors played a vital role in his spiritual journey.

Peter’s faith was a guiding light throughout his life, and he found deep inspiration in the teachings of Dr. Paul Eneche, whose messages of hope, love, and strength Peter held close to his heart. He believed in the power of God’s grace and lived every day with a spirit of compassion, always willing to lend a hand to those in need and to offer a word of encouragement to those who were struggling.

Peter was a man of exceptional integrity. Whether at work or in his personal life, he stood firm in his values and treated others with the utmost respect. His kindness will stand as an example to all who had the privilege of knowing him.

As a father, Peter was a constant source of guidance and love to his children. His dedication to his family was unwavering, and his love for them was immeasurable. As a husband, he shared a bond with his wife that was grounded in love, faith, and trust. As a brother and son, he was a loyal and devoted family member, always there to support and care for his loved ones.

Peter’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. His legacy of kindness, faith, and integrity will continue to inspire those who were blessed to walk alongside him.

Peter is survived by his loving wife Ana Trevino, children Neomi, Angelina, and Aiden Trevino, parents John and Mary Trevino, siblings Diane Sanchez, John Trevino, Albert Trevino, and extended family, all of whom will miss him dearly.

We will always love and remember Peter. You have touched many lives, and your faith, love, and kindness will never be forgotten.

A visitation for Peter will be held Monday, March 24, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039. A celebration of life service will occur Tuesday, March 25, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039. A committal service will occur Tuesday, March 25, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039.

Serving as pallbearers are Aiden Trevino, Anthony Trevino, Albert Trevino, John Trevino, Ramiro Martinez, George Umanzor, Beto Alvarez, Jared Davis, Staffel Strong, P. George, Jeff Gallardo and John Trevino Sr. (Bimbo).
