Pete Anthony Salvato was born on February 23, 1955 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Houston , Texas, along with his twin sister, Pamela Antoinette. Pete attended Catholic schools through graduation from St. Pius X High School. Upon graduation, he attended vocational trade school and has owned his business Mechanical Hi-Tec Solutions/ACR Mechanical for 40 years. Pete cared deeply for the people he worked with and worked for throughout his career, many of whom became his dearest friends.
Loving family members include his beloved son, Jeff; his cherished granddaughters, Kennady and Karlie; dearest sisters Vickie, Patsy, Pam and Cynthia; and favorite brother, Mike; also many adored nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Pete stepped into the role as head of the family upon the death of our beloved father, Tony, and has been the rock we relied on. He then looked after our beautiful mother, Leona, until her passing. A man of few words but a heart so full of love, completely selfless, only wanting the best for his family and friends. He always put everyone else first, and his greatest joy came from making sure everyone else was being taken care of. Pete is the Best of the Best, and we know that his reward is a magnificent home in God’s Kingdom.
The leisure time Pete enjoyed was in the outdoors. He loved hunting, fishing - really everything having to do with nature - Especially if it included Jeff and Kennady and Karlie.
His family will miss him every day forever. He will always be deep within our hearts. The blessing that Pete and our entire family is most grateful for is our family. We are all thankful that God was so generous to us in giving us the closest and most loving family. Pete was especially mindful and appreciative of all of his family and friends. And Pete is truly a most special blessing to all of us.
