Pete was a very happy person and popular since his childhood. He enjoyed all types of sports, especially skating and basketball. His favorite team of all time was the TEXANS! He loved his family and friends and would spend as much time as possible with them. Pete was always trying to help anyone he could and would always make sure those around him were having a good time. He enjoyed spending time at the bars in the Heights, especially Shilohs. He loved partying and drinking with friends. Pete was very sociable and liked meeting people. He was very proud of all his children which he adored. His favorite songs were "The Chair" by George Strait and "Here I Go Again" by White Snake. He also liked the color gray. Many people loved him. He will be missed. It is not goodbye, but we'll see you later.
Pete is survived by his children Marc Anthony Taylor, Jason Christopher Taylor, Jordan Andrew Palacios, Jade Amber Palacios, and Catalina Raelynn Palacios; his mother Mary Jane Gonzales; his brothers Timothy R. Garcia and Jesus Angel Garcia; his grandmother Janie Gonzales; and his grandchildren Oliver, Kylie, Kinsley, Sadie, Jace, Orianna, Zenovia and Skye.
Pete was preceded in death by his father Pedro "Pete" Palacios and his grandfather Raymond Gonzales Sr..
A visitation for Pete will be held Tuesday, August 15, 2023, from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel, 5100 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77022, followed by a funeral service from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
