Percy Lewitt Cooper III

Lew was born to PL Cooper, Jr. and Lolita Cooper, July 23, 1940, in Houston, Texas. He graduated from Beaumont High in 1958.

He is survived by his sister Janice Christoffers. He also leaves to cherish his memory cousin Carolyn Dunne, cousin Sharon Williams, cousin Debbie Holzmer, niece Lisa Dillon, nephew Marc Richardson, nephew Daniel Christoffers and brother-in-law Ronald G. Richardson.

He was preceded in death by PL Cooper Jr. (father), Lolita Cooper (mother), and Gloria Richardson (sister).

Lew had a broad number of interests including cars, mechanics, electronics, movies, and books, especially history. He applied these interests and skills across a number of interesting jobs and entrepreneurial pursuits over the course of his career.

A memorial service is scheduled for July 2, 2:00PM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home in Houston, Texas.
