Pedro Garza Jr.

He was born in San Benito, Texas to Juanita Lozoya Garza and Pedro S. Garza.

Pedro was a dedicated worker for 50 years in construction and specialized in painting. Through his employment, he experienced the states of Florida, Louisiana, Georgia, Nebraska, North Carolina, New Mexico, Colorado, California, Arizona, Nevada, Oklahoma, Illinois, Indiana and Mississippi.

He had a love for fishing, playing the lottery, traveling, listening to his favorite country music and living life to the fullest.

Pedro is preceded in death by Dalia Amaya (sister), Juanita Lozoya Garza (mother), and Pedro S. Garza (father).

Spouse – Irene Cantu

Sons – Pedro C. Garza and Ryan J. Cantu

Daughters – Joann Garza, Dalia Garza, and Alicia Garza

Brothers – Jaime Garza, Antonio Garza, Eliazar Garza and Rolando Garza

Sisters – Suzanna Lake and Sandra Garza

Grandchildren – Sarah Flores, Samantha Moreno, Theresa Garza, Pedro Garza Jr., Savannah Garza, Melanie Esquivel, Miya Paredez, Cherry Garza, Alexis Munoz,

Ava Mendez and Penelope Grace Garza

Great-grandchildren – Juan Moreno Jr., Ava Moreno, and Enzo Moreno

All services will be held on Friday, December 9, 2022, at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home (6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023). The visitation will begin at 12:00 PM with a memorial service at 1:00 PM and committal service at 3:00 PM.
