We were deeply saddened by the news about Paul passing away. Paul was a very kind neighbor (so is his wife Cindy), for nine years. 
I remember, maybe a year ago, I did not know he recently had a medical procedure done and that cold morning my car did not start to go to work, so I knocked at Paul's door, and he helped me by moving his car close to mine and with the jumpers, he did not mention that he was still convalescent until I asked about his health, of course,  by then, it was already late. 
That was Paul, a very caring neighbor.
Also sad that we could not give Cindy our sympathies in person because the current situation. But she knows that we will be there if she needs us.

We are so glad that Mark and Paul had runs that caused them to talk often while they were both on the road. That bond led to a friendship that found us meeting for dinners to celebrate birthdays (even though we lived rather far apart) as well as an amazing crawfish boil for Jessica's high school graduation where Mark and Bill had to change t-shirts mid-party due to their hard work and sweat :). Paul and Cindy always included us in their amazing crawfish boils and shared their family and friends with us! Paul's kindness and big heart have touched so many lives in his too-short 75 years...especially our family's! We have truly been blessed by having known both Paul and Cindy and will continue to try to carry on his legacy by celebrating his life with his beloved Cindy for years to come! Rest in peace, Paul, knowing you left the world a much better place by being in it! <3

It’s a sad day to think one of my best friends over the last 50 years is gone. Paul an I worked together for about 25 of those years driving for Saia. First half of that time was running on the Nola run. The last part was to Oklahoma. We enjoyed each other’s company an had great times. I probably spent more time with Paul during those years than Cindy did! We’ll miss him for sure but I have all those great memories!!

You have been family to us for many years. We remember the night we all went on the dinner cruise boat out on Lake Conroe and had such a great time. There are so many good memories over the years; too many to list. We love you!
