Paul Campise

Paul Campise, 88, a resident of The Woodlands, TX, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at his home. He was born May 14, 1933, in Mumford, Texas, to Sam and Bessie (Magletti) Campise. He was married to his wife, Shirley (Alred) Campise, for 28 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, his son Mark Campise, his siblings Sam Campise, Alfred Campise, Lula Love, Rose Hartsfield and Frank Campise.

He proudly served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Some of his favorite things in life were music, dancing, fishing, playing poker and watching football. Paul was a welder by trade and retired after a long career with Smith Industries.

He is survived by wife of 28 years, Shirley, stepdaughter Jan Riley, stepson Greg Riley, his two brothers David and Vince, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Paul will be held Wednesday, April 6, 2022 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, April 6, 2022 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039. A burial will occur Wednesday, April 6, 2022 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at Brookside Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039.
