Patsy graduated from Stephen F. Austin High School in 1947, and married her husband of 50 years, Emile “Bud” Vail in 1959. She would also work for 20 plus successful years as a bookkeeper.
She was best known for her delicious cooking and love for her family. In her spare time she enjoyed taking trips to the casinos with her family.
Patsy was preceded in death by her loving husband Emile “Bud” Vail, her parents Virgil and Sibyl Conine, and her sisters Joy Conine Smitherman and Marjorie Conine.
She is survived by her daughter Cheryl Osborn and husband Bill, her grandsons Jamie Simmons and wife Kelly, Aaron Osborn and wife Danell, and Jason Osborn, her great grandchildren Jordan and Avery Osborn, her niece Karen Carbaugh and husband Larry, and her great niece Kimberly Carbaugh.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 26th at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home from 5:00PM to 7:00PM. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, July 27th at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home at 10:00AM with interment to follow at 11:00AM.
