Pat Moody passed away April 16, 2014 after an extended illness. She was empathetic and supportive of her family and friends. She was an avid collector of all things and was excellent at storing and saving. She was very committed to her husband and family.Born in Plainview, Texas to Ernest and Martha Patty on December 20, 1931 and had two brothers. She married February 3, 1955 to Glen Douglas “Corky” Moody. She worked as a Kindergarten teacher’s aide in the Plainview Public schools for 25 years. She was a loving influence to many children. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Plainview, Texas and a “born again” Christian. Pat is survived by her husband, two daughters, son-in-law, three grandchildren, one brother, four nieces, and one nephew.
