Patricia Ann Moody

Patricia Ann Moody, age 68, of Humble, Texas passed away on Friday, April 8, 2022. Patricia was born on October 9, 1953. Patricia received her GED and had a career at Harris County Tax Office, Gerlands and then retired. She was a beautiful wife of 53 years and a wonderful mother of 5 children. Patricia was feisty and had a warm heart that would captivate anyone that crossed her path. Her strength and positivity truly guided her, which was apparent in every gesture, every minute of her life. She truly was an inspiration and a blessing. She attended the United first Methodist of Houston Church. She enjoyed making jewelry, going to Tennessee and loved family trips to Galveston.

Patricia is survived by her spouse Larry James Moody Sr.; siblings Jack Wardell and Janet Walker (husband John Walker); children Larry James Moody Jr., Steven Craig Moody (wife Cassie Moody), Michael Brandon Moody, Jamie Allan Moody (wife Sarah Moody), and Jennifer Faith Moody (husband Darrin Hunt); grandchildren Michael, Nicholas, Taylor, Spencer, Macy, Lily, Penny, Cory, Jacob, Jackson, Nevaeh, Dillon and Chance; and many other brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends for a visitation on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039. A committal service will occur on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at 1:15 PM at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038, followed by burial.

Serving as pallbearers are Steven Craig Moody, Darrin Hunt, Dillon Hunt, Michael Moody, Larry James Moody Jr. and Jamie Allan Moody.
