Patruanan Smith Woods, lovingly known as "Pat," passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 26th, 2024, at the age of 69, surrounded by her devoted family after a courageous battle with cancer.
Pat was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and small business owner. Pat delighted in outdoor activities, tennis, pickleball, bowling, cooking, and dancing. Her faith as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses, to which she was baptized, guided her life with kindness, compassion, and humility.
Pat is survived by her loving husband, Don Woods; her children, Patrick Woods, Stephanie Woods, and DeShunta Flowers (Justin); and her cherished grandchildren, Brandi Woods, Donovan Woods, Kennedi Woods, Danyelle Woods, and Jayce Flowers. She is also survived by her siblings, William Smith, Lonell Smith, Deloise Hearne, Wendell Smith, Phillip Smith, Clarence Smith, and Jeffery Smith.
She was preceded by her parents, Albert Ross Smith and Lillie Faye Smith, her sister Alice Faye Smith, and her brother Jimmy Lee Smith Sr. Pat's life was one of grace, strength, and love, leaving behind cherished memories that will live on forever in the hearts of those who knew her.
