A full time summer resident of Tom Nevers for 29 years, Pam loved Nantucket and Tom Nevers with all her heart. Originally from New Canaan, Ct, Pam and her husband Ron made their home in Houston. A graduate of Elmira College and Syracuse University, she had a lengthy career in the food science and sales & marketing management disciplines with such companies as RT French, Chris Hansen’s Laboratories and Bristol Myers.
Her passions included her family, gardening, swimming, volunteer mentoring and entertaining friends and neighbors with her dazzling culinary skills. Always happy, vibrant, outgoing and caring about others, a Tom Nevers friend said, “she turned neighbors into a neighborhood”.
Pam is survived by her husband, Ronald; her son, Jonathan; and her triplet brothers, Jonathan of Savannah, and Jim of Atlanta.
A memorial service is to be conducted at half-past eleven o’clock in the morning on Saturday, the 12th of April, in the Jasek Chapel of Geo. H. Lewis & Sons, 1010 Bering Drive in Houston.
Immediately following, all are invited to greet the family during a reception in the adjacent grand foyer to celebrate her life.
In lieu of customary remembrances, contributions may be directed to Chapelwood Christian Ministry, 11140 Greenbay St., Houston, TX, 77024; or Robert E. Lee H.S. Alumni Association: Mentors of Hope, P.O. Box 571762, Houston, TX, 77527.
