He was a WWII Army veteran and a founding member of VFW Post 8905. Otto owned and operated Paul's Water Well Service 1948-1983.
Otto is preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Ruth Kerman and daughter, Brenda Kerman.
He is survived by children Frank Kerman and wife Sondra, Rita Cernuch and husband Leonard, Carl Kerman, Paulette Harris, Sherry Rasberry and husband Robert, and Donna Keith; brother, John Kerman and wife Sandy, 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and many relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home Chapel April 20, 2011 at 3:00 P.M. with Rev. David Schultz officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to VFW Post 8905, 21902 Hempstead Highway, Cypress, Texas 77429.
