We are sad to announce the passing of Dr. Oi Lan Ho, age 88, of Houston, Texas on Thursday, January 11, 2024. She passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends. She was an inspiration to those who knew and loved her and will be dearly missed.
Oi Lan is survived by her daughter Lisa Chang, son Winson Ho, and grandsons Curtis Chang, Marcus Chang, and Maxwell Ho; brothers Peter Ho, Purvis Ho and John Ho; sisters Sally Ng, Shirley Au, May Cheung, and Zarina Pinnella; and many nephews and nieces.
Oi Lan was preceded in death by her husband Dr. Sze Key Ho; parents Juk Ming Ho and King Man Luk; brothers Ka Wo Ho, Michael Ho, and Frank Ho; and sister Chi Lan Chow.
A funeral service will be held in her honor on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at Chapel of Eternal Peace at Forest Park, 2454 S Dairy Ashford, Houston, TX 77077 at 10:30 AM. A visitation is scheduled for that morning from 9:00 AM to10:30 AM. A cremation service will take place immediately following the funeral.
