Norman F. Starnes, age 87, passed away Friday, November 30, 2012. He was born in Bluff City, Arkansas, the third child of 6 brothers. He was a Manager with Armco Steel for many years and honorably served our country with the US Navy. He was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Wanda Starnes; and his brother, Ervin R. Starnes, Sr. He is survived by his daughter, Cayce R. Starnes; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 5, 2012 in the Chapel of Earthman Resthaven. Interment will follow at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.
