Norma Carter Ramey of Houston, Texas has passed away on the 10th of February 2024. She was born in Houston, Texas to Ovetus Earl and Lettie Mae Carter on the 15th of August 1931. Norma was married to the late John Carter Ramey and was blessed with a wonderful daughter, the late Gayle Ramey Singer. Norma is survived by her son-in-law, Andrew Scott Singer of Houston, Texas and her grandson, Daren Ramey Singer of Dallas, Texas.
A graveside service for Mrs. Ramey will be conducted at ten o’clock in the morning on the 20th of February 2024 at Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
