Survived by wife Sandra, daughter Diana, son Christopher and grandson Clayton.
He graduated from West Virginia University in geology and petroleum engineering.
His first job was with Schlumberger. He moved his family to Houston to work for Tenneco.
Noah loved to run and considered his running buddies as family. He ran marathons in Houston, Chicago, Boston and more.

His celebration of life will be held at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 13001 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas 77079, on February 4th, 2023 at 2 PM.
