Nguyen Tien Van left this world on his 65th birthday in Harlingen, TX this past Sunday on August 16, 2015. He was a loving husband, father of three beautiful daughters, a brother, an uncle, a cousin and a kind friend. Tien was born on August 16, 1950 in Bần Yên Nhân Vietnam and moved to the United States during the Vietnam War in the 1970s. After settling in Houston, TX, he worked hard to achieve the American dream as a business owner and raising a wonderful family who will always appreciate everything he's done for them in his lifetime. He tirelessly dedicated his life to his family and enriched the lives of those around him everyday. He will be loved and remembered as a man with a heart of gold who was fearless and loved his family deeply.
Memorial services to celebrate Tien’s life will be held at the Chapel of Eternal Peace at Forest Park, 2454 S Dairy Ashford Rd, Houston, TX 77077 and Christ Incarnate Word Catholic Church, 8503 S Kirkwood Rd, Houston, TX 77099.
