Nestor Omar Paradiso

Nestor Omar Paradiso, 61, departed this life peacefully at home to be with the Lord on November 16, 2018. Gina was at his side. Nestor was born, January 29, 1957 in Buenos Aires, Argentina to Roberto and Silvina Paradiso Garcia. He moved to Miami, FL in 1980 where he met and married Gina Elisa Jimenez. Nestor moved his family to Houston, TX in 1992. Shortly after his arrival in Houston, Nestor returned to south Florida to help rebuild the area after the destruction of Hurricane Andrew. He worked in construction for almost 40 years, most recently employed at BE & DE Construction as a foreman where he was well respected because of his knowledge, experience, integrity, and respect for others.

Nestor enjoyed riding motorcycles, working around his home on improvements and maintenance projects, and providing for his family. His greatest joy was hearing the laughter and smiles of his children and grandchildren.

Nestor made the decision later in his life to follow Jesus and was baptized on August 3, 2018 We know he is now enjoying a place where there are no more tears, no sickness, no pain, and no death, not because he was sinless but because God is merciful and forgiving toward His children and His promises never fail.

Nestor is survived by his devoted wife of 34 years, Gina, his brothers, Roberto, Miguel, Eduardo, Jorge along with their wives, Raquel, Monica, Monica, Silvia, nephews Hernan, Diego, Bruno, Alejandro, nieces, Sole, Yanina, Victoria, his son Roberto Paradiso, his daughter Paula "Kikki" Paradiso, grandchildren, Abiel Cifuentes and Daniella Cifuentes. He is preceded in death by his parents Roberto and Silvina Paradiso Garcia.
